Christopher studied criminal justice at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He took the technical path from there — a Master's in Software Development from Boston University, a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul (with distinction), and eventually AI platform engineering at DraftKings, where he builds and ships agentic AI and automation systems in production.

Living in Minnesota, the fraud stories kept coming — Feeding Our Future, Medicaid billing schemes, daycare fraud, federal audit after audit. Not one case, but a pattern. When the DOJ prosecuted the $250 million Feeding Our Future scheme, he pulled the public records, built a graph, wrote detection patterns, and asked a simple question: was the data there to catch this earlier? The answer was yes.

He built OrkaIntel solo — full stack, AI agents, and infrastructure — on nights and weekends. Criminal justice to AI engineering to fraud detection. Full circle.

If you work in fraud investigation, oversight, or public program integrity — we should talk.
